Delivery

When will I receive my order ?

Unless exceptional circumstances noted on our web site, delivery times are as follows:

For France, the Colissimo shipping company delivers within two working days.

For the rest of the world,the Chronopost shipping company delivers within three working days.

Orders placed on Monday to Friday, will be prepared and sent on the same or following working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent the following Monday or Tuesday.

You may follow the progress of your delivery using the link indicated in your shipping confirmation email, sent by Colissimo or Chronopost.
You may also follow the progress of your delivery on our web site eisenberg.com, in " My account" section.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are confirmed at Step 3 of your order.

For all orders over 150€, shipping by Colissimo Suivi in Metropolitan France, is free of charge. For all orders over 150€, shipping by Chronopost is free of charge within Europe, as well as Norway and Switzerland. For all orders over 250€, shipping by Chronopost is free of charge all over the world.

You have not received your order

Unless mentioned otherwise, your parcel will be delivered within 2 working days for Colissimo and 3 working days for Chronopost once the shipment of your order is confirmed.

Delivery time may be extended if your order contains perfumes. Delivery times do not include week-ends, public holidays, and may vary for reasons that are beyond our control. After several days,if you have not received your order, you may contact our customers' service at customerservice@eisenberg.com,at your disposal from Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 6.00pm.

Your country is not listed amongst the countries we deliver to

We are sorry to inform you that due to difficult customs conditions it is impossible to ship our products in some countries. As a consequence these countries are not available in our shipping list.

Payment methods

The payment of your purchases can only be made in Euros and by credit card.

You cannot pay your order

Please be informed that we use a safe and secured payment system so as to prevent fraud.

To proceed and finalise your order, you need to "register" your visa card or mastercard in your 3D SECURE bank system, or your AMERICAN EXPRESS card in the Safe Key bank system. Once the registration is completed, and when making the payment, a request for authorization is sent to your bank which will text you an authentification code. Once you enter the code the payment is authorized and your order is confirmed.

You cannot submit your order

Please send your request to customerservice@eisenberg.com. Our customer service will guide you through the ordering process.

How do I know when my order is being processed?

Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation on the email address used to place your order and/or to create your online account.

Are Payments safe?

Our web site uses a highly secure payment system so as to ensure your payment's safety and to avoid fraud. 3-D Secure is a secure online payment system which enables reducing online risk of fraud due to identity theft. It ensures that the payment is made by the owner of the card.

How do I follow the progress of my order?

You may follow  the progress of your delivery using the tracking number in the confirmation email you received for your parcel's shipment, sent by Chronopost or Colissimo. You may also follow the progress of the delivery on our web site eisenberg.com, under the section " My Account".

You have forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, please re-initialise it here  or by emailing serviceclient@eisenberg.com. A password generated automatically will be sent to your email address used when you created your account.

You have a promo code

Promotion codes can be used when you reach the "basket" page containing the details of your order. You may,then, click on " Apply to my order". A promotion code can be used only once.

You would like to create your account online

Please click here to create your account online. With your online account, you will be able to follow the progress of your deliveries, to see your previous orders, inform us of your preferred beauty products and find our recommendations.

You would like to update your details

Your online account will enable you to access to your personal details, which you can modify at any time.

If you no longer wish to receive our beauty newsletter, simply unsubscribe by clicking on the link you can find in the information email.

What is the Cercle Privilège?

To thank you for your trust and fidelity, we created the EISENBERG Cercle Privilège.This Cercle will enable you to access exclusive offers and additionnal kind attentions.

You would like to join our Cercle Privilège

To join the Cercle Privilège, you need to cumulate 600€ spent on eisenberg.com. Clients who have not reached 600€ to be able to join the Cercle, will lose their points if they have not made any purchase within the 12 following months.

How to collect Privilège Points?

For each 8€ spent, you obtain 1 Privilège point. Once you reach 100 points, you can choose among several proposed gifts or you can keep your points to reach the following level. Your gifts can be chosen when placing your order, and will be sent together with your parcel. You can check the points you have collected in your personal account.

You would like to know the expiry date of your product

Please email your request here or to customerservice@eisenberg.com, indicating the name of the product concerned as well as its production lot number, located under its package.

You would like to receive some advice on EISENBERG products

You can find information about our products and advice on the product pages of our web site. If you wish to obtain further information or a customised answer, please send your request by emailing customerservice@eisenberg.com. Our beauty experts are at your disposal to advise you on products and beauty rituals best matching your skin needs.

You would like to receive samples

When ordering on eisenberg.com, a selection of samples of our skin care, as well as perfume samples from our Collection "L'Art du Parfum", are always included in your parcel. For each order, you will receive a minimum of 5 samples. For any purchase over 75€, you will receive 8 samples. You can choose those samples among all our products, or be surprised by our selection. Testers and samples are available at our partners' shops, where an EISENBERG beauty consultant will help you choose the best products to meet your needs.
